I provide ways for all Churches to have great sound. I know that all Churches are not built the same. I also realize that having professional sound is not always a given. That's where I come in. I've spent my whole life in professional audio whether live or studio. The expense of having professional sound engineers on staff can be very expensive. If you're struggling with sound please call/text me @(931) 220-5810.
I can help. Please read what others have said about what I do.
Corey I. - Lead Sound Engineer
"Earl came to us at The Bridge about a year ago. He has helped us in several areas, some that we didn't even know we needed help with. He has been a tremendous technical resource in a variety of ways.
Organization. Up to that point, we pretty much did the best we could with what we had. With no official technical director and an all volunteer tech team, everything was pretty much done by committee. We made things work and it was "ok" but we knew that it could be better. Earl was able to come in and organize the staff and volunteers into a cohesive team and provide structure and organization from a personnel perspective. He was able to clearly define roles and delegate responsibilities so that volunteers could concentrate on a specific area and perform those tasks to the best of their ability.
Technical Expertise. As previously mentioned, we were (and still are largely) a volunteer staff. We knew just enough to be dangerous with sound, lights, livestream, etc. Earl's extensive background and knowledge in the technical aspects of production, especially sound have proved to be invaluable. He was able to come in and assess the environment that we had and make changes to get the best out of what we were working with. He also recognized some areas that needed changes or upgrades. We were able to get the budget for the upgrades and the improvements were noticeable instantly. Not only with the live sound in the building, but with our livestream as well.
Musical Knowledge. As I understand it, Earl's day job is a music producer. This background has also been extremely beneficial to our worship pastor and worship team. Earl is able to provide insight into performance aspects, arrangements or even just visually where someone should be standing on stage. For our worship team, having that sounding board or other perspective has been extremely helpful. He's even had to jump on keys a time or two on Sunday mornings when we've had to fill in unexpectedly.
Heart for Jesus. Lastly and most importantly, Earl does everything he does out of faithful servitude to The Lord. The reason we do what we do is to help people turn their eyes to Jesus. If it doesn't glorify God, Earl doesn't want any part of it. Having that focus, and making sure the worship team and tech team keep that focus is the most important part of what Earl brings to our church at The Bridge.
As the "head volunteer" sound engineer, I've come to know Earl as a tremendous talent, an excellent mentor, and moreover, a friend. Any church or organization that consults with "Mr. Earl" as the kids call him, is going to come away being better for it."
Kristi S. - Sound Engineer
"Earl's considerable industry expertise provides him a profound knowledge base. This knowledge base allowed him to promptly evaluate my level of technical expertise and adapt accordingly. The education provided to me was tailored to my skill level, enabling a learning environment that facilitated my progression from novice to a more advanced level. This has enabled me to arrange the necessary preparations before the service and promptly address any issues that may occur during the service. The intensity of his devotion to God and his eagerness to disseminate his expertise in sound is quite astounding. Regardless of the level of experience, your sound crew will greatly benefit from engaging with Earl and leveraging his vast expertise and abilities."
Mike W. - Worship Pastor
“Earl has done such a fantastic job of helping move our church audio to the next level. We were getting by, but we didn’t really know how to fully use the equipment we had. Earl helped us get our worship area set up with the right kind of sound paneling for our room, and helped us to get our sound dialed in properly, along with organizing all of our wiring and routing. Not only that, but he has taken the time to help train our volunteers as we strive to give God our very best and not be a distraction to the congregation. If your sound technician or church sound is struggling, I cannot recommend contacting Earl Arnold strongly enough!”

Chris M. - IT Specialist
"I have had the pleasure to work with Earl in multiple churches and he
constantly amazes me with his knowledge of sound and his ability to
teach people to be better sound engineers. As an IT professional, I can
say that Earl has a good grasp on the latest technology and products to
be able to bring the best sound to a worship service. I look forward to
working with Earl in the future to be able to broaden my abilities in
understanding sound and how I can learn more about it."
